Dance

Free dance and movement: feeling, letting go and expressing yourself through the body.

Dance at Sadhaka

At Sadhaka, dancing is not a technique you have to master. It is a way to get out of your head and into your body, to let your feelings flow and to meet the people around you.

You don't need to be a dancer. You move at your own pace, alone or together. Whatever your body wants is welcome.

What dance gives you

  • Back in your body, out of your head.
  • Room to express yourself, without judgement.
  • Joy and playfulness, alone and together.
  • Connection with the group, without needing many words.

At Sadhaka, dance comes in different forms: as free dance, as partner dance and as part of retreats and festivals. The calendar shows which events are planned.
